The location of the centre is ideally positioned within close proximity to public transport links and within walking distance to a number of NHS medical health centres, pharmacies and dental practices. Located close to the centre is one of Huddersfield’s largest parks, Greenhead Park. Our goal is for each family to leave the unit after an agreed period, equipped with the parenting and life skills to live happy, healthy and independently. The daily operations of the assessment centre will be in line with the National Minimum Standards and Regulations for Residential Family Centres.
